Gamblezen Casino Bonuses and Promotions
Since we launched in 2023, our bonus structure has stayed simple: one welcome package with fixed numbers, weekly cashback up to 15%, and a VIP club with five tiers. This page lists every figure and every condition, so you know exactly what you get before you deposit.
Your 220% Welcome Bonus
Deposit at least 30 AUD with the code GAMBLEZEN and we match it at 220%, up to 2,400 AUD, plus 60 free spins on a selected slot. The full bonus and anything you win from it are capped at 16,000 AUD, and you have 7 days to clear the 40x wagering before the offer expires. One welcome package per player, household or shared IP address.

Reloads, Cashback and Tournaments
What runs every week
After the welcome package, four ongoing promotion types are open to you. Each one has its own terms listed on the promotion page inside your account, and we keep the activation conditions there rather than hiding them in fine print.
- Friday reload bonus: a match offer credited when you deposit on Fridays, with the percentage and cap set out on the Friday promotion page.
- Weekly cashback up to 15%: calculated on your net losses for the week and credited back to your balance, with the exact rate depending on your account status.
- Slot tournaments: scheduled events on selected pokies where leaderboard position decides the prize.
- Free spins drops: bonus spins awarded to eligible players on nominated games.
Cashback and reload offers are subject to their own wagering terms, which are always shown on the individual promotion page before you opt in. If a promotion lists no wagering, the credit is withdrawable straight away.
From Bronze to Diamond
Five tiers, fixed perks
Our VIP club has five tiers, from Bronze up to Diamond. You move up based on your play, and each tier adds to what you already had rather than replacing it.
The top tier carries the full perk set: cashback up to 20%, a personal account manager, higher withdrawal limits than the standard caps, plus exclusive bonuses and gifts that we do not publish on the open promotions page.
- Cashback up to 20% at Diamond level, on top of the standard weekly rate
- Personal account manager for direct support
- Higher withdrawal limits above the standard daily, weekly and monthly caps
- Exclusive bonuses and physical gifts reserved for VIP members
How to Claim Your Bonus
Claiming the welcome package takes about two minutes. Follow these steps in order, because the code has to be entered at the deposit stage and cannot be applied afterwards.
- Log in to your Gamblezen Casino account, or register if you have not already.
- Open the cashier and choose any deposit method from the 15 available, including PayID, cards, e-wallets and crypto.
- Deposit at least 30 AUD and enter the code GAMBLEZEN in the bonus code field.
- Confirm the deposit; the 220% match and the 60 free spins are credited to your account.
- Start wagering. The 7 day validity period begins the moment the bonus lands in your balance.
If the bonus does not appear after a qualifying deposit, contact our live chat or email [email protected] before you place any bets. Support runs 24/7 and can credit a missed bonus manually.
